In 2022, PMI will be changing the wording of the PMI Talent Triangle®. According to their website:
A - The new PMI Talent Triangle® will become:
- Technical Project Management will be replaced with “Ways of Working”
- Strategic and Business Management will be replaced with “Business Acumen”
- Leadership will be replaced with “Power Skills”
B - Changes to the Continuing Certification Requirements (CCRS) will be completed throughout 2022.
C- The former PDU Talent Triangle® names are not a concern. PMP credential holders will still be able to claim those PDUs.
